Shopback Cashback cannot stack with NCSPECIAL voucher is it? Why my shopback pending amount is zero even though I downloaded the extension and activated it.

If I have store credit (coupon code) in my account from refunding item last time, can I use it to buy an item in conjunction with a discount code?
