I never interested on luggage bags, I got pressure cooker when I applied for it.
3 weeks will be the maximum time for the whole process, from apply till you get the card. If later than that, better call them and ask, as sometimes the card is being hijacked. Each year sure have such case happening.

My experience: Applied 4/1, processed 6/1, approved 13/1, got card 14/1. Very effective delivery

18k (Platinum not signature), I hv maxed out the 80% credit limit for 0% balance transfer for 12 months, approved in 1 day after application haha

You can alwAys call 03-2176 8000 to check your application status, follow the instructions & key in your ic no# and check the status. Good luck

Its very challenging to complain to BNM if your loan or card application is rejected.

BNM will only step in if you are an existing customer with no default but suddenly your facilities was cancelled without good reason.

Else if Banks force to approve facilities and NPLS go up,  Banks will ask BNM for compensation.

Just my opinion,  u can try to complain
