Just to confirm again that if principal spends RM833 and supplementary spends RM833 on eligible cash back categories, can only get cash back of RM50 for principal card right? Because my understanding is that supplementary's cash back is combined with the principal's card. Hence only one card can spend up till RM833 on eligible cash back categories right? Thanks!
*
So far we're still receiving separate cash back (RM50 for principal and another RM50 for supp) for those on separate credit limit, not sure till when tho

Am just about to apply for a supp card. Just wanna clarify, are you saying I should put a separate credit limit in order to receive separate cash back? (I mean for now lah)

Good morning. I logged into pbe online and I realized I can't check yet. Haven't used the pbb supp card for unbilled transaction. I was busy maximizing the cashback from HLB card.  laugh.gif

Quick question to everyone. For separate principal & supplementary card statements, do we still pay the total amount (principal & supp) to the principal account as normal? I'd say it's a "yes" but would like confirmation. Thanks.
*
nope, pay to supp acc. since statements are no longer combined
in this case they actually view supp as a separate acc sweat.gif

Thank you for confirmation! I always thought it was combined and hence has lose out so much  doh.gif  nevermind, just grab whatever is still available for now. separate credit limit means i need to nominate a separate credit line right?
*
yupe, they'll issue a new supp card after that smile.gif

this is OT but not sure where to ask

Payment via Posonline using credit card requires input of Mother's maiden name. First time seeing this for online payment. Isn't this one of the security questions ?... takut mahu bagi.

Kawan-kawan yang pakai Posonline, ok to proceed ka?
*
actually this is NOT the mother's maiden name of ur cc.. is the one you entered during posonline registration
look under your posonline's personal info biggrin.gif

Do you guys ever change statement of this card?

When I requested to change statement date from 23rd to 1st last time, CS told me i will recv one last statement on 23rd and and then another statement on 1st, and I entitle separate rebate for each statement. CS said, rebate is tie to each statement.

Unfortunately, I do not have any transaction between 23rd to 1st, therefore I couldnt verify this. But I can confirm that I did recv 2 statements, one on 23rd and one on following 1st.

Someone was saying that the transactions are merge into one statement when you request for statement date change, which, I think this is something not sync with what SC has told me.
*
in fact what cs told me was the opposite.. if i change statement date then my rebate will be forfeited for one cycle
as my usage was quite heavy that time and that would render me zero cashback for 6weeks, which i didnt want it to happen
so in the end i canceled my request to change date

but in the previous thread somebody did mention that they received separate cb for each statement, i.e. 2 times RM50 cb in a month
anyway if that's the real case cant we just keep on changing the dates and receive extraaaa cb?? tongue.gif laugh.gif

Paid to which Insurance Company and its own website?

Part of the T&C:
exclude the transactions that earn Cash Back under other on-going Cash Back promotion, flexipay,
balance transfer, auto-debit, recurring payments, payments for utilities,
direct marketing, insurance premiums, government related payments
*
i think those in t&c refer to payment over the counter?
perhaps if paid online it's counted as online transaction/retail.. not sure
the one i received cb is HLA (Hong Leong) payment via uob payonline

sth like gov-related payments if paid via posonline they're eligible for cb.. one of the loopholes i guess

I think all payment thru Payonline has the MCC code of 4814, so not detected as Insurance.
*
except tnb? hmm.gif
nonetheless payonline is still like the "safest" payment gateway, in terms of cb since majority bill payments are eligible for it thumbup.gif
