Bench press station, squat rack or power rack. And standard barbell weight (bar alone) is 20kg. Should be a good start.

A proper gym with squat rack and full set of barbell. Workout there for few months. Then u know what you need and want. Or else most thing u buy will end up kept in store room.

Only deadlift or maybe squatting at a weight that's light enough for you to clean it off the floor to do either a front or back squat. If you don't have the moolah to invest in them, I'd suggest you stick with dbs for now or join a gym

actually i planned on buying my own barbell and platform and racks, last year when i moved to new house since i got a spare room, but of course the plan didnt go well, ended up extended my gym membership for another few years
with only a barbell and platform, you can do rows, clean to overhead press, deadlifts, curls, clean to front squat, and some oly lifts barbell and adjustable squat rack and platform you can do back squat, overhead press from rack, front squat from rack and heavy calves raises on top of those above so you will still need an adjustable bench or a dip rack to work on chest, triceps and whatnot
all in, its going to cost a lot, if you have the money, cost is not a problem, dont rmb you still needed to clean the place and maintain the equipment yourself
not worth the hassle imo

Unless you do not mind the limitation then it is up to you.

New year resolution? save that money for equipments and subscribe for gym, thats my advice. Once you get to a gym, there you can train all sorts of stuff. Buying eq at trains at home can restrict you to a certain level, then again needed to buy new eq.
