What are you waiting for??? Rip that box open now!!!

Luminary class, at first it's pretty stupid, but then when you see the coup de grace and the 100 skill ability, Disco Stew...

IT BECOMES ALL KINDS OF AWESOME

i haven't got my luminary yet sad.gif busy with work lately, to lazy to do quest. btw what your main weapon? I'm using bow for my MC (love rain of pain skill) and uber falcon sword for all my other chars, UFS + Falcon slash FTW

I love doing the story quests. I've just completed Stella's background story quest chain (I think) and now I'm filled with more questions than answers hmm.gif

1) Uber falcon sword for Toad, my main character (master thief, master ministrel, master luminary, master ranger)
2) Uber falcon sword for Tricia (master martial artist, master warrior, master gladiator, master ranger)
3) Great Bow for Suzy (master mage, master paladin, master ranger, master armamentalist)
4) Metal Slime Spear for Sarah (master priest, master sage, master paladin, master martial artist)

and yeah, ufs + falcon slash is awesome. add oomph and the right elemental fource power to it and becomes unstoppable. add 100 tension and you are a GOD

but really, nothing beats Disco Stew! NOTHING

imho DQIX's starting wasn't all that long-winded.. well compared to other jrpgs anyway. If anything DQIX is so much more lean in terms of story content.

Yeah, 3DS has it built-in so it's no longer a game-specific feature. Pokemon Black and White has a similar tag thing too and that seems better than what DQIX offers since you can actually challenge the random people you meet to a pokemon battle.

Still, DQIX's tagmode is cool enough when you start getting awesome maps. Incidentally I just got the legendary Masayuki map last night and it is as awesome as people say it is.

A whole floor full --FULL!!!-- of Metal King Slimes. Holy crap. The blue chests in the grotto are quite good too. Will attempt to beat it so I can share it with other people too.

NOW do you want to tag with me???? biggrin.gif:D:D

Got it from a friend, who got it from a friend. Anyways, I beat the map so I can share it.

You know what, this is the perfect opportunity to set up a DQIX meet. Anyone up for a meet and I'll share my masayuki with everyone.

Even Uber Falcon Sword is too slow now. You need to depend on Thunder Thrust or Hatchet Man with MKS and someone with high agility to cast Accelaratle.

Everything else depends on your relationship with lady luck tongue.gif

I went up from lvl 60 to 70 in like 15 mins icon_rolleyes.gif

I like the Coffinwell quest... the story there is quite good and the resolution is not standard jrpg fare.

EDIT: i initially said let's meet at comic fiesta but i forgot i'm busy that weekend. JayaOne is okay by me as well!

Well, I'm okay with Cheras. Cheras not that far for from Kajang whaaat. If Pen is okay with that, let's just do it there.

I'm super flexible! Like a slime!
