QUOTE(ProxMatoR @ Mar 30 2019, 08:50 PM) more precise to say is that saver is with less seats, limited. advantage is with more seats for you to go with. If i need confirm seats, means i need to get advantage?for example, you need to book for 3 pax, but saver has only 1 left. so another 2 you will have to get for advantage. Sorry im really new with this airmiles thing...🙏 Currently comparing enrich 130k (business class) for tokyo vs krisflyer 140k (sq)... This post has been edited by rivetindigo: Mar 30 2019, 09:45 PM |

QUOTE(charlesj @ Mar 30 2019, 09:46 PM) If you MUST fly on that day and have excessive miles, go ahead. Ok understood. Not many people has the luxury to pay for advantage ticket, especially first class advantage. You may wait for a while and hope for more available seats (for saver ticket), but of course you may also risk the seat being taken up (again if you are compulsory to fly on only this plane on this particular date). For me, I will not waste my miles on advantage ticket, unless when travel on 2, but really no option left (ie 1 saver; 1 advantage) When will i be notified once our seat is confirmed upon booking for the saver tix? Cause need to book ground arrangement etc... |

Hi,
Im having a bit of dilemma. As u all might heard, maybank will increase it redemption for airmiles by 10%. So as a newbie in this game i have accumulated 400,000 tp in 4 months time. The situation is i need to redeem this TP to airmiles before 1/6/2019 (before the increase). The dilemma is i have 60,000 EM(got it from CIMB Enrich programme) and 400,000TP, to which airmiles should i redeem it to EM/KF/AM? Need to fly to Tokyo for 2 person. Current redemption for 1 pax to tokyo: EM: 130,000 AM: 100,000 KF: 180,000 |

QUOTE(vinnvic @ May 9 2019, 09:51 PM) I have been using Krisflyer Amex on utilities all the while, recently maybank revise that no krisfltyer gain from utilities transaction and it is really a big hit to user like me? Any one can enlighten me any alternative for utilities spending? Hi,such as top up credit to e wallet using Amex and pay TNB? Any trick?? :sob:sob: Im using bigpay to pay my tnb bills, amounting almost rm10k a month. Bigpay topup via MUVI whenever MU wins (but lately always losing); if win 5xTP, if lose 2xTP (better than 1 😀). So if anyone has a better way to pay TNB bills, please share 😀 |

Hi need some opinion here,
My plan is to visit japan with my wife. Currently i have 140k EM. For both of us to tokyo it will consume 130k EM one way. And for the return trip i am planning to accumulate 140k KF for both of us from tokyo by suite class (saver:47,000 KF per person or advantage: 70,000 KF per person). If i can get a saver redemption for two of us that will be a bonus. If not might take up the advantage. HOPEFULLY 140k KF by end of year. 😉 Sounds good? |
