Hello guys, when I try to book seat with SQ using KF miles for date like 1 year later, for business class saver, the website didn't show waitlist like usually it does on the website, does it mean it is a confirmed seat??

Either you redeem super early (months) in advance or fill up the leftover seats.

I’ve been doing SIN-SYD-MEL RT for my 4 qualifying flights for the past few years, you can try that too if you do not want to do it in europe.

The fares are a bit on the higher side compared to getting to MEL from KUL on MH, the cheapest I got was around RM2600 ex SIN. But they average out around RM3000+. The SYD-MEL portion will be operated on QF metal just make sure you have the BA number on it and you're all set.

I just came back from a trip to MAD over the long weekend last month for the qualifying sectors, got around 20k + avios and an op up to WT+ on the way back so it’s all fun!

No problem, you can do at check in (just inform the counter when checking in which frequent flyer number you want to be on your boarding pass). The very latest you can still do it in the lounge. I've check in before, got boarding pass, then while relaxing in lounge only remembered I wanted to credit to another program, so ask the lounge staff to change.

I just booked 2tickets for me and my wife from SQ.

I can key in my KF account r my ticket, but for my wife’s ticket, can’t put my acc as it mentioned the name doesn’t match.

Is there a way to credit miles for both tickets into my account only?

Or the passenger’s name strictly needs to be the same as the KF account holder?
