as explained above, have yet to reach

that said, since its not urgent yet, would wait till there's good sign up promo should there be such offer

also, if no AF + no condition local lounge, RHB would be better.

Although RHB VI gives unlimited lounge access but it limits to first 1,000 customers only every month

Hi guys, does anyone know how long it takes to convert HSBC air miles point to Enrich?

I called in last Thursday requested to convert all airmiles to Enrich, point deducted from HSBC card account last Friday but still not reflect in my Enrich account

Thank you

The new CIMB Travel World Elite among 1 of the best conversion to Air Miles..

RM1 = 1 Air miles (Enrich, Flying Blue, Eva Air, Etihad Guest, BA Exec CLub, Turkish Airline)

RM1.50 = 1 Air Miles (QA Privilege Club, Emirates Skywards, Asia Miles)

RM2 = 1 Air Miles for Japan Airlines
*
Are you refering to cimb enrich world elite? Checked on cimb website, it going to discon by 1st Jan 2023, didnt see any new replacement yet

for enrich world elite, RM1 = 1 miles points is for oversea spending, whereas local spending RM2 = 1 milespoint

maybe need to wait until end next Oct - next month

here is info - https://www.cimb.com.my/en/personal/promoti...redit-card.html
Yes, around RM1.2k annually and RM550 for World but can be 100% waived if you spend RM240k/year or RM120k/year for World
Yes, the current Enrich Mastercard will be replace to Travel CC starting next month

https://www.cimb.com.my/en/personal/promoti...redit-card.html

https://www.cimb.com.my/en/personal/promoti...r-partners.html

As this is a travel card, yes, oversea spending will get more points - but during promo period oversea/local spend will getting same points

All current Enrich user will be converted to this new travel card, hence i received this link from CIMB
*
Thanks sharing....after promo end dec 2023, local spend RM1 = 2 bonus point, which is RM5 = 1 enrich miles

This analysis is based on KF miles.

Oversea: UOB VI>SC WM>M2P VI>HSBC PT>SIA KF>AMVi/WMC
RM1.13>RM1.33>RM1.4>RM1.82>RM2>RM2.5

Local: M2P AmexR>SIA KF>M2C>M2P VI>Citi PM>HSBC PT
RM1.4>RM2.5>RM2.8>RM3.5>RM4.5>RM8
*
For UOB VI overseas spending, RM1.13 is provided spending in SGD, THB & JPY. Retail purchase in other currencies only get 5x point, which RM1.80

London, Zurich, Auckland, Paris.....basically all destinations. If book flight got first class tickets but redeem flight don't have, only got business class.
*
if you are searching KUL to LHR, the system only show Eco & Biz class bcoz the first class ticket flying from KUL to SIN may not available. There are first class ticket from SIN to LHR, so you may need to book separately to fly from KUL to SIN with Biz/Eco and SIN to LHR with first class.

yes i do have a credit card already is Citi rewards. One thing for MAS is we can offset the points and top up with cash making it cheaper. How about SQ Kris? I tried searching most of the miles are 45k and for those 27k in wishlist. hmm.gif
*
For SQ, you need to transit so it require longer travel time but you can enjoy in Changi or stopover in SG

EM require more points to redeem. SQ most of the time on wishlist unless you redeem when they release.

For myself, I take MAS to TH only. For other destination, I choose SQ

Converted 32,000 points and get extra another 3,200 points last week. So total 35,200 pts. The current enrich promo gives extra 10% for conversion till end of this month I think.

Although they mentioned within 10 working days, I get it in 2 days. Am happy.
*
So you got your 10% bonus point too? I've also converted but only the converted miles credited into my enrich account, i didnt see the bonus point yet

Weird. The extra 10% should be credited together with your converted miles. 🤔 Am using SCB
*
Nope, i dont see the bonus points and elite points in yet. I converted it on 4th July. Just contacted CS, he said it takes up to 14 days to credit the bonuspoints and elite points into enrich account

Earlier in this thread I asked if anyone received a notice from Maybank regarding the conversion of their complimentary Priority Pass physical card to a digital App based version. I finally figured out how and managed to do the conversion yesterday;

» Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... «

In the past, the PP App on App Store didn’t have the option of displaying a digital card. I’m so happy that I have one less card to carry now.

However, I have never once used the Priority Pass - since we have this instead;

» Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... «

But as a backup option, the Priorty Pass is still good to have.
*
Didnt see your post asking about PP digital card. I use PP apps to enter lounge, easier to check the lounge list and locate them, and less card to carry.

I flew on the Cathay Pacific J class to HK last two weeks. The crew was friendly, and the food was pretty OK.

Of course, the experience of the SQ J class is much better. I still miss it.

I redeemed M2 Premier TP and it was credited in my AM account within half an hour. Impressive!
*
Wow! Credited in account within half an hour! That's very efficient!

As per HSBC Malaysia redemption rate (HSBC Travel Mastercard Premier), Enrich mile is worth 50% of Krisflyer mile
*
use asiamiles to redeem MAS ticket, save you 30%to 50% miles, but limited flight schedule

Currently have Maybank 2 cards premier and Amex Plat Charge Card.

Looking to replace my Maybank 2 card premier since they have revised the Amex reserve points earning for local spend Dec onwards..

Use my card primarily for local retail spend / overseas spend during travels and buying of flight tickets / hotel booking etc etc

Keen to convert to CX Asiamiles / SQ Krisflyer / EK Skywards.

Based on these criteria, which other travel credits are highly recommended?

Thinking HLB Emirates World Elite / CIMB TWE / UOB elite privimiles / SCB journey.

What do you think?
*
HLB conversion isnt attractive compare Amex Plat, and you have to pay AF

CIMB TWE good for oversea spend. 10x points to accumulate AM & Skywards. If your annual spending can meet the requirement, AF can be waive

UOB Prvimiles Elite best for oversea spend to collect AM & KF. You can add UOB VI or World for local spend, depending your spending behavior.

SCB journey airmiles conversion rate not attractive too

Just slight change, TWE now is 10x for local and overseas spend, which is why it was so popular.

But its ending 31st Dec, not sure whats next.
*
10x oversea spend remain, changes apply to local spend only. that why i said its good for oversea spending. may refer t&c
