I tot I break the condition to earn miles, been reading up and down and don't see any exclusion... If the problem is on their end then I am OK to wait. The last time I call the AMEX CS, been putting me on hold for 15mins and I hang up, not sure If I can call to premier line, ask some silly question then get them to help me on this case? 
having the issue... i have my own krisflyer acc and they give additional account...went to card center and they help me call to rectify..still not solve yet
