Maxis Fibre on and off at night time

Hi Maxis,
Please help: my Maxis broadband line always getting a cut-off, usually at night around 11.00pm / 12pm, the line will be suddenly off for several seconds and will be back on afterwards. If you want my account information, I can provide through PM. Thank you. |
