I think it is very normal that when you use bb cream or cc cream, the face will becomes oily. The main reason is the bb cream or cc cream is cream based..!

Choosing foundation is just like choosing your moisturiser. If you have oily skin, you would absolutely avoid cream based moisturiser and opt for gel based.

So if you choose foundation for oily skin, I highly recommend you to use powder instead of liquid foundation. Most of the liquid foundation are cream based, more oily to create the shining and smooth appearance. Bb and cc cream are used by Korean to create a flawless, shinny, smooth appearance. Thus, it is actually oily. And it is not surprisingly that even when you skin is dry, it will make it extra oily.

As for the stinging, it is likely that your cosmetic got into your eye. Mascara, foundation, eyeliner etc made of mixture of chemicals that are irritating to the eyes.

Be extra careful while you apply make up. Don't let it get into your eyes. And rmb to wear you contact lenses before applying makeup this is to ensure that your contact lenses are clean and not stained with makeup especially if you didn't not clean your hand completely. Some of the residue will stick to your contact lenses when you handle it.
