LTE-A, not detected

I'm using a smartphone capable of LTE-A but somehow, i can never connect to it, even at sunway pyramid which is the place with the "fastest speed" according to maxis website.
so, is this a scam from maxis? what's the point of announcing but not being able to deliver? |
