Bigger hips for easy child birth is also not true.

Dude, you are confused. What this article says is:
QUOTE
A new study found no connection between hip width and efficient locomotion...

The whole article, despite mentioning childbirth, actually focuses on locomotion.

As for the other article...
QUOTE
Other female primates do not have fat deposited on the rump. For example, the female gorilla has a skinny posterior and stores fat on her abdomen...

Babies of other primates do not have large brains, so large hip for easy child birth is not required. We just can't compare human to other primates.

But there are other theories...
QUOTE
Barash and Lipton report that full breasts could just as easily signal the truth about a woman's ability to store fat and her fertility. For example, flat-chested prepubescent girls are too young to bear children, and the sagging shrunken chests of older women may suggest they're past their prime.
