The "desktop.ini" is pending item to be written on the DVD.
Remove it if you no longer want to do it.

Firstly you need to understand that what-ever things inside the DVD can't be deleted because DVD is read-only.

What appear on your first screen is item that in your HDD that going to be burn in to a blank DVD but you yet to do so.
You can delete it if you don't want to burn it to blank DVD.

If you don't understand above, you need to do some read up about DVD burning.

BTW, did you insert the game disc into your DVD drive?
You first screen the DVD drive appear to be empty.
Test the game disc in anther PC or notebook.

I do insert the dvd into the dvd drive, then wait for few seconds pop out a message called The directory is invalid
and I can hear the dvd drive got sound come out
so I click the dvd rom, open inside only got desktop.ini file, even right click the dvd and choose autoplay also nothing pop out
and yes the game dvd is working fine on other computer (tested on my friend laptop and desktop)
