eh no need to call la.
i just do the sms thingy to opt-in. now still no prob to buy online. just now i use to pay as google wallet ok ja. dunno la later when 22nd will be like what. |

Called twice but my KWIK card is still blocked. I don't know why since both customer service ladies told me the same thing, which is to try after half an hour. Steam and also Origin.

So much face palm. Called them up, must go through very tight verification. First 2 times I failed. They asked me what was my last transaction, I said it was from Steam, they even wanted to know what is it you particularly bought from Steam, was it for Steam wallet or games etc, just 1 slight wrong info they will say that you've failed their verification process. Quick advice, make sure you log in and have your account info infront of you, they'll ask transactions within the past few months, current account balance, how much you top up in xxx month, etc

Damn, I'm having the same problem also, called customer service earlier today to opt in, woman told me to wait 2 hours. I waited like more than that; and then proceeded to try to purchase a game off the steam store. Didn't work

Given you an okay after the verification? They asked me to wait for 10 minutes only. After 10 mins I'm able to purchase games on Steam. |
