Climbing Corporate Ladder in Accounting field

Some Engineering students that receive a pay cheque of RM 2,300 claim that he is underpaid, what about accounting degree/ ACCA graduate??

For those that in Accouting field, how u sharpen ur skills or interpersonal skills to climb the corporate ladder ?? How much ur salary increment u get after probation or what position u r after 3 years of working??

An Accountant get as little as RM4,000 while a lot of IT Programmer or Engineer can get around RM3,500 after 1 or 2 years of working?? DO U THINK THAT IT IS BECAUSE ACCOUNTING IS NON INCOME GENERATING UNITS (Other than Bank or Audit Firm), therefore we are underpaid ??
