nope, just normal AEON voucher, for the 3k booking fee, they want hold and release after VP then ok lor, i got no complain, the rebate is done already then only apply loan based on the discounted price.

there is one thing not very happy is the interest payment before VP, now every month have to pay RM338 interest, + RM155 MRTA premium, belum build already have to pay.......buta buta pay bank, pay insurance to insure my unbuilt house, look at sky, look at air, where the insured house, lol

have to pay for 3 years, this project complete 2022. =), the cons of this project is the long construction time because they didnt do phase by phase, they build as a whole.
