Hi, i am a newbie to property.
Just have a question if i would like to buy my 1st property to live in KL, will this be a good choice for me? My intention is to find a unit with 3 rooms, and i could rent 2 rooms to others to reduce my burden.

Or is there any specific area in KL i could find a affordable condo unit like RM400-450 psf.
