Am thinking of buying a house in RC as my first house. So far I've read both sides of the story. Most noise made is about the living situation and how basically its not what as promised. But on other hand, Akisama is quite reliable and the properties built are a good investment as u can see ROI. I think Akisama has some improvement here and there on the living situations like any other buildings. My current building burst pipe here and there with wild dogs running around. So far the complaints that I have seen about the developers is nothing compared to this. Honestly it makes me want to just straight away go into it. But thank u for all the insights. love to read these discussion boards.

Welcome on board to the forum, mate. Yeah, this is cyber space, lots of keyboard warriors.
Purchased Akisama project previously (Parklane OUG) and am happy about it. Not the best, but still OK. However, for this project, giving it a pass. Investing in another project instead.

Once again, welcome and hope you find this thread useful.

Thank you! never know Low Yat forum could be so welcoming. So far it has been very useful and 'scandalous' haha. One thing I love about these threads are that there are actual investors here who take part in telling their experience. Basically genuine reviews and not 'keyboard warriors'.

Anyone bought other properties from this developer?

How is the quality of this particular developer?

So far as to what i have seen a lot of good responds for their OUG Property and Connaught Avenue. What actually made me want to invest in them is their affordability in their sfp.I think for first home buyers its a good opportunity as a start in property investment. Just my opinion. A lot of claims of return ROI also.

The main road always jam in the morning, super high density, super bad community like Parklane OUG where many blacks and vietnam girls and china girls, bad sentiment of property market, over supply of condo, low cost design. DON'T Buy. With the current property market, you will get a very better deal later. As a potential buyer, you have absolute bargain power to nego at subsale market. As the 10 years cycle of economy downturn is coming, just wait and see. And also this year is election year, many uncertainty, and please search online and data published by expert and analysis which the oversupply of condo is a fact!

Gong Xi Fatt Chai to all Chinese!!!

A lot of other projects and residence has foreign renters doesn't make it a bad place. Buyers still see ROI and still receive renters in the terms of investment. And whos the say there will be better deal. The developer provides affordable housing in locations that arent in the middle of no where. Thats something to take into account. And there are jams everywhere these days, in any development. In the case of oversupply those are mostly high end properties. For affordable home, the demand is 42% while the supply is only 24%. Hence why any affordable project must be an interest.

I've been keeping my tabs on this forum as I am interested in investing in Akisama. well, i WAS. I have just met up with an agent and ready to invest in their new project. I work within the area and the location of RC is quite strategic, if I dont jd one I think wont be too much of a problem to rent out as it can cater to the working classes. I think there will never be a PERFECT developer as every project has its pros and cons, choose one that suits u and YOUR BUDGET!

My uncle stays in OUG, block E for almost 2 years now. Apart from the usual hassle that comes with pretty much every properties they are quite happy there. A lot of improvements has been made over the year and you can see that they are trying to improve as a company. It very ignorant to say because of one project the others would fail. There is always a learning curve with every companies. even still, people are always asking about rental in OUG, according to my uncle. So investing in it is still worth it.

Exactly!
some buyer compared current market to last 4 years when they first build. How to compare? Lol.

Anyway, i feel is safe to buy at razak city. Look at all the 64 lands probe ny MACC. All is prominent developer listed in that probes.

Razak city is not in the list and some netizens here mentioned that Akisama is kaki friendly with this and that auntorities. Now with New government, MACC dont care which developer kaki friendly here and there, if that developer are wrong then that developer should kena probe regardless who is his friend are lol.

The facts that MACC were probing those developer who kaki friendly with authorities and while Razak City is not in the probe list will only mean one thing,

This developer is not kaki friendly with anyone.

true. between all the drama that is happening even tho have a little complain here and there, Akisama is still reliable. If not they would have been on the list long ago. Now new government, everything corrupted is being taken down. Stick to those who are reliable.
