Useless.. building and building.. for whom they building i do not know.. what a waste of money.. should go invest in other field instead of property..

a lot of houses in KL are only bought by the riches and the property agents.. now they are crying because its a mess.. no foreigner want to stay in Malaysia and the locals cant afford it..

Those said high density, very pack de, go HK stay for a few days first, u will see what does it mean by super ultra high density & super ultra high pack! Be gratitude of staying in Malaysia.

When buying cheap project, some said high density. When project is low density, some will say out of budget due to higher price. There will be no such thing that cheap price comes with low density.

This site is updated once a few months or some said six months...
It is not that as frequent like stock price updates in just split/second. l would suggest to revisit the site in a few months time. One year lagi best.
We also need to be reasonable and fair to interpret the data. During an "initial/soft/partial/official/booking launching" stage like this, the data may not be perfect.

Hence, the number seen so far, should be treated as "baseline" for future comparison. But, if after a long period and the data is also lebih kurang then the sales is sangat kurang memuaskan....
Also, if some projects that claims to be fully sold out after launching but the data shows about 30% left(some states 50%).
It can't be interpreted as bumi reserved lah...

Last note, this site only contains data of resi and/or schedule-H projects. So pure commercial projects normally won't show up here.

Me too have concern on the density, but i think it's acceptable despite all other land belong to commercial and light industrial title, lands the east its too nearby old tin quarry means no high rise residential project allowed. To the  west SMART tunnel run along, no high rise allowed. Opposite Bandar Malaysia, confirmed will build high end commercial hub, duno when only but Malaysia need money to repay 1MDB debt   

So place your bets.
