288 residences offers 4 lifts per block and only 8 units per floor. I recalled each block only 23 or 24th floor. Kind of very low density to me

So my opinion, i believe luxurious applies to this.

If you define luxurious as fully furnished , a marble finished lobby and etc, you are wrong. Ala, developer sell than rm450psf with that kind of density, tell me where else you can find.

Nowadays u buy rm550psf in klang valley, tell what kind of furnishes you get? High density ?

Semua ini agents manipulate saja for sake of commission. Developer also didnt mention this is high end. My friend who bought this only said developer mentioned is low density saja. Which is true when i went to visit him.

bandar malaysia should KIV, too many hub surrounding kl city and all will be underutilise

hi all, actually i've book a unit for rc residence, and now i would like to cancel it, i remember on tat booking form, it only stated after 14 days, any cancellation will have a penalty RM500. the reason i cancel becoz the loan margin we agreed at first is 85%, the day i met v agent , the loan margin state on the agreement is only 80%, and luckily i saw the figure before i sign it. and now my agent told me developer will charge Rm500 for cancellation and RM1k for snp tat have been prepared. do i really need to pay for tat Rm1k for tat snp? since i did not sign for any document?

Yes, i've sign it on booking form and it clearly stated will have a penalty for rm500 for any cancellation. Im jz dun understand why i need to pay for lawyer fee since i didnt sign anything for loan or snp agreement. And my agent told me bcz the legal doc have been prepared. What should i do now?

called office, and the staff told me the same thing like my agent told me before and ask me refer back to my gent, then i ask her back, why u dint state anything on my booking form, and the booking form clearly stated,  charge me rm500 for admin fee for any cancellation of purchase after 14 days, n then she quiet and ask me for the reason why i want to cancel it. i jz told her my situation and i told her i will make a complaint to kpdnkk and she jz okok, wait wait, let me check first.,will contact me again  and oso noise v my agent, u ask me call developer staff, n now he staff ask me refer u back    then who should i refer to    by the end my agent told me developer will refund me back 1500, and for another 1000 my agent will personally pay me   as long as i get back my money, i dun care who pay for me already 

Promised a full refund if cancel booking within 14 days. Request you to do instant bank transfer. But when comes to cancellation and refund process, need management approval and take up to 60 days!!!

Any superb workmanship project can recommend..VPed within this 3-4years time
