Debit card(DC) don't have? can put DC but not all can work. last time my Cimb bank DC can work now can't dunno why
luckily got back up Public bank DC.

for address just find legit zipcode. the street name you tibai anything, tried it last time(3-4 years ago when MS first abolish MSPoint & use real currency)
find tax less/free state in US then find a zipcode in that state, any while do.
