Previously I found chrome or Firefox extension to download but now seem the extension not available. Any chrome or Firefox extension that can download? Or any free software?

If you use youtube as a logged in user, they offer a new download feature that allows you to download the video for use offline.
However the new download feature is work in progress and not all videos are currently supported.

You can try downloading Tampermonkey Extension if you're using Chrome and install the script for downloading YouTube video. When you've installed, on a YouTube video it will display a download button near the video without opening a new tab and pasting the link to download

Maybe the fact that Google owns chrome and YouTube is the reason. Hehe

I like to view some recipe videos online and when I find a preferred one I'd like to download it. Then I can replay it in my spare time to get familiar with the cooking steps or just follow the downloaded video to make food. But I don't know how to download these videos, so I search in google and find an guide on this: Recipe Video Download from YouTube. Now I can easily download my favorite recipe videos, hope this tutorial can help you. This post has been edited by Gourmanza: Apr 19 2017, 09:56 AM
