but ppl abuse it and use it to host files that have copyright, which then becomes illegal files

problem solved, dont use level 3, use cogent instead, i can pass 90 KB/s

my level3 and congent cant pass 10kbps

but global crossing2 at max speed

I always download from Level 3... sometimes get 10kbps to 150kbps...

While I was a free user I use GC server with 218.111.x.x IP to get max speed

fastest are Level3, Congent, and GlobalCrossing 2

currently my lv3 and cgnt are bad, only gbl.cross2 is good

if it slow i know its not the server fault its our very own tmnut screamyx

I also got slowed sometimes (its says something about searching resources) but then i paused then resume then everything went ok. BTW i'm using Orbit.

i think is the same only qua the only difference is that tmnut screamyx sometimes slow like crap so it depends on your luck lo

for me i let it choose auto for me cause not every server give me constant download speed. Sometime it might drop alot.
