age 38 and age 33 would like to purchase property price at 500k ( sub sale ). A&B relation = family members.
A = age 38 ( co borrower before for others property but the property sold out more than 10 years ).
B = age 33 ( never buy any property before )
income:-
A = 36k per annum ( epf acc2 = 50k )
B = 27k per annum ( epf acc2 = 15k )
Question:-
1.) how much loan can get *estimated* if using B as principle and A as co-borrower.
2.) process ?? any charges includes ?
