With direct developer involvement, we have done the following:
- Cyperus Tropicana Gardens - now about 75%+ signed SPA
- Sky Awani (for Rumawip category) - our side units finished, Dbkl's award-winning Rumawip this year
- REV.O Suites - our side units finished
- Pavilion The Park Sky Residence - our side units finished
- Bennington Residences @ SkyArena
- Sky Awani Commercial - unique shoplots in KL address
- Lumi Tropicana

Soon will be a new project in Cheras and Bukit Jalil respectively; and many more that we will vigorously filter and be the first to preview. I think we will be involved in most of the good mixed dev projects moving forward.

We believe in quality projects that fulfill our 24 criterion analysis. We keep our transparent way of sharing and for us, sale or no sale is not an issue. Our job is not just to sell, but to add value to both purchasers and developers as we are involved in market research and consultancy as well.

According to DBKL, the lot number and mukim given matches the site as indicated.

Right now there is no Rumawip.

This project will have a shopping centre.

Dupion Island in Cheras upgraded to "large" up-market shopping mall.
