If the speculated location is the actual site then new exit needs to be built from MRR2. That is a huge slope to connect from MRR2.
Else every vehicle will enter/exit via Tayton, Mutiara Barat and Ekocheras.
This mall is considered "deep inside"....
Also, the last piece of green land of the area is gone!

LOL..What if the residents of Tayton, Mutiara and Ekocheras to setup guard house to "control" /toll booth to "collect donation" for their entry? .....haha..

Yes...
Back in mid 70s, the traffic already happened from 3.5 batu(now Velocity) till Midah (similarly jam from Loke Yew highway too to Pertama roundabout).
Early 80s, the jam extended till Segar, Tayton and Connaught...Later the jam went further till Suntex..
Today, as you witness, the jam goes further till Cheras Selatan.

Cheras is the object, massive traffic jam is its shadow..cannot run away..

East west link, which helps traffic and it has served the purpose but not designed for today's volume..

Grand Saga was built, collecting toll, maybe reduce a bit jam for a few years only...How about now?

MRR2 came to help and traffic eased and you know la now..

I know not all people suka SUKE...
SUKE can help easing the traffic for short to mid term.
Many new projects will be introduced along/near SUKE and traffic will pick up again...
