Seems the company itself is trustworthy. But how good is its after sales service is anybody's guess.

If item fault i think can get back thru via Sony malaysia,while if it not shipping or any issue with shipping. Try ordering via paypal then extra security for charge back refund if anything happen.

if the item is as per advertised, sony malayssia warranty, model 1200 , then yes, 1 year malaysia sony warranty.

they replied and said its covered by sony malaysia, and my opinion is to register on9 to get extra 90days...
