digi rm3 30mb weekly

Hi everyone, can everyone please shed a light on my question. I subscribed to the rm3 30mb weekly internet plan. It says free whatsapp and 30mb quota. However, it keep on telling me i exceeded the quote already even though i just subscribed. I checked on *2200 and i still got 28mb free but digi just keep on insist on me exceeding my quota already. Any idea? Pleae help. Thanks.

Change to other Telco if digi fail to resolve your problem.
