Did you reply the sms with "CASH" or with other method? I called CS, they said they can't check the registration status and they normally don't have reply for the SMS.  shakehead.gif But the other campaign I have the reply.

CASH

QUOTE(lengzhai @ Jun 5 2016, 12:40 PM)
Do you have the message from CIMB at first?

Mine took less than 30 seconds for me to receive the reply.
*
Yes, same as yours.

Do you mean below method didn't work for CIMB CR anymore?

yes, confirm can get cash back by paying Aeon credit card at PosOnline from UOB Vox, PBB VS & CIMB CR (principle & supplementary cards)
*
Supposedly works. He mentioned one got 5% while the other one only got 2%.

YES... there is a difference on "MY"
21 MAY 18 MAY POS MALAYSIA-ONLINE KUALA LUMPUR 599.96
STATEMENT BALANCE - get rm12
25 MAY 22 MAY POS MALAYSIA-ONLINE KUALA LUMPUR MY 599.96
STATEMENT BALANCE - get rm30

Hai.... why so no luck....
I forgot to ask which category but I guessed it utilities...
*
Looks like not all transactions under PosOnline (not only limited to AEON payments) with CIMB CR are entitled for 5%, there are chances to fall under 2%...

VOX will be better and straight forward if transactions above RM 50. sweat.gif

Lost as in a few cents? But you can extend your due date and invest elsewhere to cover the lost icon_idea.gif

at least it's still 2% and not 0.2%...

Tm and time oso not utility?

Standing Instruction payments under all MCC (4900); and Standing Instruction payments under MCC (5968) applies to GAS MALAYSIA, SESCO and TNB only.
This is utilities.

booking.com only use your cc as a guarantee for your room and not charging to your cc, unless you didn't show up. you pay directly to the hotel upon checkout.
*
Then, won't be entitled for cash back. That is the reason why I didn't use booking.com. sweat.gif

Why would you pay Maxis via Posonline? I would pay through Maxis Pay / Uobpayonline / Myaccount.maxis.net.my at no additional charges whatsoever.
*
Because if one uses CIMB CR to pay bills via PosOnline can get cash back.

Didnt see any info on Maxis on the 1st post, whether or not it is eligible.

It is because of PosOnline, just like UOB VOX.

Does the CIMB CR works for Kickstarter?
*
Works in which sense? Getting cash back? Or simply to pay?
I used UOB VOX though, just got it charged last 2 weeks. It went through but not sure of the cash back.

I don't have such issue and I'm also using Chrome. Probably try using other browsers or clear cache?

If I understood correctly, PIN & Pay will kick off 1st Jan 2017, but only fully enforced from 1st July 2017.
Anytime before that is optional.
*
I still haven't received most of my replacement cards. I guess banks are taking their own sweet time to replace after the enforcement date is postponed. laugh.gif

Meaning we don't have to register for standing orders for our Maxis/Celcom/etc bills?
*
Up to you because the nett cash back is the same. Well, I don't use CIMB CR to pay my phone bills so can't comment much simply because 2% is too little for me. laugh.gif

Too bad I still haven't received my card so I don't know how much is my credit limit yet. Zzzzz... How long did it take for the card to reach you after approval?
*
You can see the credit limit in your CIMB Click if it is already linked.

Oh, the bank will do the linking for us? I thought we had to do it ourselves. Thanks fruitie!

Edited: Eh sorry, I misunderstood your message. I get it now, you meant after we linked it ourselves. Lol.
*
Well, mine is auto-linked by CIMB, I didn't do anything because I have existing CIMB Click account.
Though some of the cardholders here also have but still need to link themselves.

I cannot recall mine because it is more than a year ago but I guess within a week should be reasonable. smile.gif
They sent to my hometown address instead of my office address which I insisted and they went and used Poslaju, so nobody can help me to collect on behalf because nobody was at home when they sent.
Anyway, long story short, it was routed to my office via Poslaju too.
