I bought a flight ticket to Hong Kong for myself & my wife. Fully paid via credit card. Will my wife be entitled for the insurance coverage?

I bought a flight ticket to Hong Kong JUST for my wife. Fully paid via MY credit card. Will my wife be entitled for the insurance coverage?
