Question:

someone is under akpk with a few banks, out of sudden another bank call n offer the credit card, which only needs to verify some details and accept the terms over the phone, well, the guy gave it a try, although he knows that under akpk it won't get any chance to apply credit facilities, but this is interesting 'coz bank offer like a pre approved card.

But after this he is concerned whether it will trigger any risk or alert to akpk.

Any opinions?
