I was rejected twice despite having >10 cards in other banks and from Maybank too. So, what you can do is apply other Maybank cards and get it approved then after that ask to split limit from your current Maybank cards to Ikhwan card, you will get it. Else, just find for other alternatives while re-applying again next time. For cards suggestion: https://forum.lowyat.net/index.php?showtopic=3644347 the bank asked me to check with BNM. Got reason?

I settled the outstanding (i.e. if by january need to have paid 10k, need to already pay 10k, the balance few hundreds by installment as usual). Since it has been rejected last march, if it gets rejected again in october, i'm really lazy to wait again until april 2017 lol.

Today i checked my email, which i rarely check, and saw credit card statements for Aug and Sep from Maybank. The sender is from legit maybank email. I tried to click to see the pdf statement, but it wont open with my birthdate. I called maybank and they say i dont have any CC. Should i still be worried?
