They appears to be someone with legal background but it seems like they are too ignorant to notice that usually in the Cardholder Agreement with the Bank there will be a Clause stating that the Card is not transferable and to be used exclusively by the Cardholder. The Bank may terminate the card if the Cardholder breach this Clause. Whether the usage is with or without consent. Do notice that the Card is the property of the Bank and not the Cardholder as indicated at the reverse of the card and the Cardholder Agreement.
