Try call the developer HQ KLK Land. If not mistaken last time for hibiscus 2, the registration and all is handle by the developer and hence the event held on 8 Sept for launch & registration at BSC. Rumahku Selangor is not like Pr1ma where registration, purchase process all through Pr1ma. This one straight from the developer I believe.

In term of landscape BSC still lack behind compare to EW. I believe most of the buyer bought BSC mainly due to bigger built up area and freehold status. There are some improvement KLK did and the latest is this one. They built some sort of observation tower at central park. Hope more to come.

my house no leaking at all biggrin.gif but yes, there were some leaking case like your house, but not majority house like that. So far, KLK attended the case very fast. Some case they call to complaint, within couple of hours they come to repair.

Water proofing warranty not the same with Defect Liability Period (24 months), it have longer period, 10 years if not mistaken. u can ask the developer to repair even after DLP is ended.

I had seen worst workmanship from other project, sorry to say this to name a few, amanputri, hillpark, bayu suria puncak alam, KLK not so bad la especially on the equipment and fitting, all use branded one.

the water in the tank will always fill up. i believe bro tiongkeat point is, if u turn off the water heater switch, after a while when u want to use the hot water, it take around 5 minutes to warm the water. or u just can let the water heater switch to always on so that the hot water will always be available anytime u want to use.

Heard the fee will be RM 150 per month, another version 1st time payment RM 150 subsequent monthly fee RM 70. Don't know which is correct, just wait for the official announcement from KLK Land.
