Seem like fencing and guard house built already, and they already refuse owner to enter. If RA inked already during the purchase by all owner, still need to wait for VP to set up guard house and fencing?

if not mistaken RM5500 for all door and window including back yard steel door. This one is for powder coating, the normal one will be cheaper.

Yes I am, plaster ceiling and electrical wiring also. So far, i did not encounter any issue with in term of workmanship.

Last time for hibiscus 2 the income criteria is min RM3k max RM10k to qualify.
