I think both also got their potential. If working nearby sungai buloh, along gce and puncak alam sure here is better. U can still get the serene and peaceful feeling in this area. But if u want vibrant commercial then setia alam is better than here. This area still needs time to get the commercial going. Most importantly got to improve the b54 route

I found that this project is more value for money and still can curi curi the aura of the EW project.

"Where do you live?"
"Near EW, but mine is freehold."

Hahha..i would prefer BSC since I can exit either LATAR or GUTHRIE easily to my current company near BJ. Now i am living in Serendah and have been travelling for almost 7 month. Going out at 8.15 a.m can reach company before 9.05 a.m. If can VP BSC early next year, I can save my travelling time. Maybe go out at 8.45 a.m instead rclxms.gif

What a comparison. Not sure which if any aspect is better here. Maybe if u work in sungai buloh or kapar or somewhere maybe here is better.

getting to one utama from BSC can be tricky got few route options.

the most straight forward one use jalan kuala selangor to get to LDP. this stretch of road is very busy in the morning usually in damansara damai area to kepong LDP.

next use latar, exit rawang there get into PLUS and exit damansara. traffic bearable in the morning but after damansara toll, u know the jem already. need to consider toll price also.

if want to jimat toll a bit. take jalan kuala selangor until sg buloh PLUS toll then head to damansara but again after damansara toll the jem is bad.

jalan kuala selangor clear but near sg buloh area after 7 am traffic already building up. so jem start from sg buloh to LDP/MRR2 kepong.

my best advise just get out early maybe 6:30 or 6:45. u can reach office by 8 and check waze too

yea.... in the city... if you come out around 7.30.... also need one hour to reach a 10km location... so it makes sense for BSC to travel slightly more than that as well... biggrin.gif biggrin.gif
