cyberjaya night time population still cannot count mah... coz there is not enough residential earlier.. just last 5-7 yrs the residential coming in nia...

It was statistics by mpsj.....few yrs back.

No...i thought base on the amount of apartments condos and landed being approved and under construction...one can forecast the night populations by 2019/20.

Well based on calinda's estimation of 30k condos + 4k landed...the population of cyber does has the capacity of reaching (30+4) x 4 = 136k.....excluding affortable homes. However i am not sure if all 30k highrises are proper 'resi' or mere 'opis'....

I digged further briefly with my trusted google and found that only 17k of highrises expected in cyber and not 30k...therefore max. Population in cyber could just be 100k or thereabout.

Anywhere whether its 100k/200k or even 400k nighy population...am sure cyber van only go north as of now...remember mcd is coming...so does everything else....

The above report is referring daytime populatiin meaning including workers that not living in cyber.

Am more interested to know the total numbers of units available for dwelling by 2020 from here we can guestimate the max capacity cyber has in terms of residents....

Verdi got so fast or not... just few mths ago in the news they are just topping up.. now almost VP this sept? 800 units right? i think this will add more crowd.. good... i'm eager to see also.. coz verdi claimed to be the best condo in cyberjaya.. landscaping are no doubt are best, but the build up design architect are a bit cacat.. poor newbie architect, didnt fully utilize the space..

If mrt kambing to cyber...why need to stay in cyber?
Better stay elsewhere and travel into cyber by mrt to work rite?

If cyber properties increase one or 1.5 folds than now .wouldnt it makes staying in other nearby place more logical?

actually airlines crews (more so with no frills airlines) are glamourous job from outside nia.......they dun earn that much de.....and many of them also got to support their siblings in study and etc.....so not every airlines crews are high earners. But they do risk their lives to provide services to all the travellers like us...

anywhere they got pick up and drop off services.....doesn't really matter if they stay 10mins away or 20mins away from airports.

Your argument was just like few years ago when mah sing punya garden residences just launched....
Someone claimed that a pilot even bought above market price for a unit there subsale....even before the project is completed.

Yes all pilots and airlines crews are high (sorry mid income) earners and they have no other places to stay...only ctber.
By the way...what is the total staffing numbers of pilot and crews in MAS and AirAsia?

Oh...i seem to forget that MAS was in red and need to retrench and restructure the organisation....

Good luck to crew members if they got soho...now price stuck and see if foreclosure looming soon.
