Hi Yumyumsusu, i meet a lady agent as well.. i visited on 15th Sept i saw she attending few group of people.. look like this project respond very good. By the way i check with her, she said the project not launching yet.. still waiting the developer confirmation. I told her once confirm, give me a call..

Seems like there are more plans by Cyberview to enhance the Entrepreneur Hub. The new development area is beside Magic, Dashbox hotel and also beside Dell.

They are gathering feedback from people in Cyberjaya Buzz facebook page.

Also, do you all know dashbox expanding with Phase 2, this also looks good.

They also have a cafe in there which I've yet to try. But from the website price is reasonable.

Also cyber build so many soho coz they wanna pull lotsa airliners to stay in cbj, and almost all highend developments due to high lifestyle by airliners staff..

Thats why you see soo many pretties in cbj..

i definely go for landed.

If yr 1st property double uts value prior to 2009 i think u had strike gold.

If your 1st property double the value only after 2009....i think its just normal.  I have seen property triple its value after 2009, no joke. In fact 2 of my landed biught before 2009 also double and triple their values...but too bad..both sold on or before 2009. Therefore ny subsale buyers actuallt made more money than me...but its also not all good news for them...bcos their replacenent value also gone up.....really nobody gains.
