*
from 2013 to 2016 population already double up, so from 2016-2020 possible double up also... why not? nothing is impossible.. just like earlier in 2014, people said Dpulze crowded due to new toilet effect.. it proved many people are wrong.. wuahaha.. i hope you are not one of them...wakakka

By the where, where is the McD site is going to be?
*
nice.. we have new place to grocer around april next year.. oh ya... forgot to add, village grocer will add the population in cbj also... so for those who think, where the population are coming from... this is one of the add on at population..

McD at Prima Avenue there.. existing Maybank, beside CIMB, beside OldTown white coffee... beside Prima Sports complex

I think not only cyberjaya having this kind of auction, everywhere in Klang valley, and the effect of dibs also.. everybody buying spree during those time.. and nobody realised during the bad economy time, will get retrenched.. or losing business due to low demand.. and consumer become more precautions on spending making hard life for business and also employee..

Now back to square one.. economy FnB will get a big chances..

QUOTE(Zres @ Sep 11 2016, 10:59 PM)
is that seriously work? I seldom drive to that area...mostly driving around prima3, glomac & dpulze.

I think autoville, village grocer & the coming mcd is significant for cyber resident.

also notice there is a Japanese foodcourt in gem in mall, how's the food & price ?
*
One thing I don't like about gem in mall is they collect parking, RM1 per entry.. I know it's not much, RM1, but there is nothingin the mall also.. Only go in and Makan... So why collect RM1, shaftbury are more clever, some restaurant are paying for the parking... Especially kiraku..

Bcoz of RM1 parking, I rather go dpulze.. Unless I'm really craving for beef noodle at gem in mall

I got the same feeling too.
Such a simple small mall with 2-3 tenants also want to collect parking Rm 1.00. Might as well go d pulze...
*
they should absorb the parking to attract customers... if they are afraid of outsider or condo owner parking, then they should only collect RM1, if they are unable to provide makan receipt.. for those who can show the makan receipt upon going out time then shld be free mah.. really poor management.. taking every single advantage.. thats y lack of crowd at gem in mall..

QUOTE(geolee76 @ Sep 12 2016, 10:34 AM)
my heart says this year cause very eager to see
S&P says this sept
my purse says next year cause no budget LoL
*
Verdi got so fast or not... just few mths ago in the news they are just topping up.. now almost VP this sept? 800 units right? i think this will add more crowd.. good... i'm eager to see also.. coz verdi claimed to be the best condo in cyberjaya.. landscaping are no doubt are best, but the build up design architect are a bit cacat.. poor newbie architect, didnt fully utilize the space..

last I heard few months back...Verdi hasn't achieved 50% sales yet.....

not sure if promotion and whats not has splurged up sales....
*
wah... after 3 years 50%, like this after few mths.. dont think the sales will go much...

last year i saw their sales chart at dpulze, tower 1, 80-90% sales, and tower 2, 50% sales.. meaning both tower already around 65% sales, now drop to below 50%? all loan rejected?

Why 2022 and not 2020 or 2018? Some said, by 2020 cbj population will be doubled of now.
*
coz 2022 mrt ready, so 2020 population double.. then just nice after 2 years, mrt ready... nice planning township cyberjaya..

yeah... give people some times to save some money also... coz 2018 hospital ready, then price up 50%, then tram ready by 2020, then price up another 50%, then mrt ready another 50% up... so in this 6 yrs time, 2022, people have time to save bullets to buy 150% increase in 2022.. haha... biggrin.gif biggrin.gif biggrin.gif ... dreaming...

Sorry...dun understand...

If mrt kambing to cyber...why need to stay in cyber?
Better stay elsewhere and travel into cyber by mrt to work rite?

If cyber properties increase one or 1.5 folds than now .wouldnt it makes staying in other nearby place more logical?
*
besides connectivity, people are putting a lot concern on safety also.. fully guarded and gated township, with cctv on every junction in and out.. and IoT is ongoing.. so where else you can buy safety like this?

greeneries 48% landscaping and many parks, making it more livable.. with cycling lane, pedestrian.. day by day, people going to accept those and more respect on cycler.. quality of life also, not only earning money..

ofcoz by the time, people can travel from outside.. because cyberjaya unable to occupy everybody.. for sure somebody need to left outside..

Eg. in KL, 1 family move out, 2 families move in right? even though the price increased 2-3 fold earlier...

can't brain why the haters always link market collapse with cyberjaya, it's happening everywhere in malaysia. quick browsing of auction units online shows that number of auction properties in damansara/puchong/cheras/pj easily 2-3 times more than cyberjaya.

those who bought highrise in cyberjaya should have know demand > supply before they commit, it's too late to blame anyone if you don't have holding power.

i think not to call haters, i feel more correct term is jealousy.. haha... biggrin.gif biggrin.gif

So, is it another good news for cyberjaya? putrajaya to kuala lumpur 30 mins, meaning cyberjaya to kuala lumpur only 20-25 mins?

QUOTE(cedm @ Sep 17 2016, 12:48 PM)
If you want to go KL quickly, you'd be better off taking the ERL: only one stop to KL Sentral, 18min.

The MRT line 2 will be much slower. The quoted 30min time from Putrajaya is only to the edge of KL (Bandar Malaysia South station I reckon). That's 15 stops, average of 2min per stop. Cyberjaya is only 1 stop away (2 stops for Cyberjaya North) from Putrajaya, so Cyberjaya to KL (Bdr Msia) would be 28-26min.

In the end, it depends where in KL you want to go, and that's likely going to increase the journey time by another 10-15min (change of line, wait for next train, extra distance...).
*
ERL expensive mah... so MRT cheaper.. so if 18 mins u pay RM14 at kl sentral, and 26 mins you pay RM5 to reach ampang park which u choose?

If you're going to Ampang Park, for the sake of convenience, just take the direct service. 6 years to wait though...
*
This is the point that I wanted to highlight.. Convenient... And cheaper alternative.. And direct..

The advantage are there.. 6 years of investment, so? Only flippers unable to wait 6 years...
