Am currently seeking to purchase condo property for own occupation. Budget around RM600-700psf and am looking for between 800-1000sf (preferably 2 room) sizes.

Also, best if property is due completion in 2016 or early 2017. Location flexible; KL, Bangsar, PJ, Subang, etc

Edit: So far, I have scouted OSK Pang'aea, Tropicana Metropark, The Potpurri and Icon City PJ. Any other suggestions?

Am not investor and looking to buy a new home for own occupation as stated earlier. This resell issue does not concern me.

BTW, nobody here has any suggestions on my question?
