 Cant Find My External Content, My external content is blank!!!

When i log in to MyHotlink webpage and go to External Content, it says that there is no active external content subscription under my phone number. But I've already have a RM10 Spotify subscription under my account and why is it not there?

Thx for the info. May I ask that why my renewal of Spotify premium doesn't include the 150MB Internet quota anymore? When I checked it in my Hotlink red app, my balance stays at 0, but my account have already deducted RM10.
