Cant Find My External Content, My external content is blank!!!

When i log in to MyHotlink webpage and go to External Content, it says that there is no active external content subscription under my phone number. But I've already have a RM10 Spotify subscription under my account and why is it not there?

Do note that External Content is a service provide from SMS code 3xxxx. This service is not from Maxis. Spotify is a service from Maxis and it is a Value Added Services. Thank you.
