Got two way you can get back your deposit...
1) Request bank to issue your bank loan not approve, then developer will refund your deposit... 2) collect few of same problem buyer, get a lawyer and issue lawyer letter to developer.. Normally first choice confirm can get back deposit, second choice need some lawyer fee and time to get back. |
