Another time disappointed with local ISP BIG time! Lodged report on 3rd until now also not resolved. If running online business sure kantoi from customer.
Every time only give boring replies like checking with business partner la, check with another team, put comments in system blah blah, 48hrs get back to you la etc. Seriously if there is a system, this should be resolved.
We only want good normal service, no need great service first, but what we get is ............ pathetic, bad, very bad service indeed.

Well My experience is different from yours. Here is my problem  but solve in one working day though. Consider myself lucky

Here totally no issue, my subang house (10mbps) and Kepong house (30mbps) never had any issue.
