placed a fd in affin bank with 4.6%

but.... according to officer , only 80% can get 15m 4.6%, remaining 20% max can get 3m 4.3%, after 3m renew will base on board rate. and since i dont hv affin account, i hv to open a bsa, either rm20 with atm card( rm8 each yr) or rm100 (without atm) , like this, actually shd go for ocbc 12m 4.5%, is better , rite?

go hong leong open saving account, but branch manager insist cannot open without atm card T_T

they told me must take atm card else cannot register for online account,
end up i open account with atm card >_<
first time deposit 200, minimum can leave 10 in the account.
