this case can fit 240mm radiator on top?some pipel,some pipel say not...im confius now

Just get a decent air cooler and call it the day.
Like I bought a Silverstone Argon A03(which is a good cooler with lower price tag) and change it to CM's sickleflow fans.
If using water cooler, the best place is still the front, since that's the best place to have cool air intake and the warm air out won't heat up the essential components.
Even CM's website never mention support for top water cooler mount.

Nope, I never buy any water cooler considering my room temperature.
But from what I'm looking at, if the casing able to install a 12cm fan which most rad using this size of fan, I guess you should able to install the whole set, just need to make sure you have some space for it to dissipate heat.
