Original design similar to this.

Ideally to renovate to this in order to allow 2 car park.

Anyone know what’s the average market price in kl now to build a concrete slab roof and relocate the beam in car porch area? Size is roughly (wide)20ft x 10ft (length).

QUOTE(tony_mw @ Nov 30 2020, 09:39 PM) Here's some rough figure for your reference.A proper engineer and architect certified drawing submission for terrace houses, permit application and up to obtaining CCC, can cost about RM5-7k under KL area. Different majlis bandar like MBPJ, MBSJ will cost you different rate too. tony_mw liked this post

can range from 15-30 depending on your requirement and complexity of the existing structure. having a middle column in the design is much more cheaper than a 20ft span. cheaper if just a porch, higher if you want to extend the verandah out and use the roof structure. 20ft width seems a tight fit for 2 cars but still doable.
