Hi all,

I just purchased sealed PS4 from other forumer here. He won the PS4 from a contest, therefore no purchase receipt was given.

The unit is confirmed to be Malaysia official set with the warranty sticker and all that.

My issue is how to register for the warranty. asia.playstation.com website is too confusing.

I've register PSN and have got the online ID tied to the unit already.

Thanks for the reply. Been there and login but the reigstation page kept taking me to asia.playstation.com homepage.

However, I can see registrion page and my PS4 is now registered!!

You actually need the invoice no. from the receipt to register your PS4 during the registration process, it will ask for it.
PS4 showing under "My Hardware" actually just mean the account had login into a PS4 before, it can be any PS4 if that is what makes you think you register the PS4. So I am not sure it's possible to register without the receipt since Sony need proof of the date of purchase.
