guys, how the warranty claim procedures???

need to bring in the receipt or not???

what if we got as a free gift??still able to claim warranty?

many thanks
*
Which defect that you gonna claim? battery replacement program or part defects?

both mentioned above can claim for without receipt. but battery replacement program will be valid even beyond warranty coverage period. parts defects have to be within coverage.

Hi,
Im an android user, thinking of changing to an iP6s or 6S plus. My only concern is about the battery life and the charging speed, since I came from a phone which supports quickcharge. Can ip6s/6splus last for a whole day? My usage isnt that heavy, just social media and whatssap most of the time. How long will it take to charge fully from below 20%?

All your feedbacks and opinions are much appreciated. smile.gif
Thank you!!

iPhone 6s I think can tahan 6 hours usage and 12 hours standby

to be safe and if u are concerned about battery life then get the plus model, can tahan two days if u use frugally.

Yes, and truth be told 6s was a model memang not superb battery life like 6 or 7 because 6s has smaller battery and first time Apple bump the ram for so long, it is not very energy efficient tho. iOS 10 on 6s is not helping either

Go for plus model if battery is an issue

hi hi, want to ask that..
my phone seems eligible for free battery replacement programme
however, my phone screen is cracked
so i need to replace my screen first before send to battery replacement
am i still available for free battery replacement if i used a third party to help me to change my screen (because it's much more cheaper and i am poor)
i really wondered about this sad.gif

Sifu2 here, good day.

Want to ask, is there any way can unlock IPhone 6S without need to format the phone? Owner of the phone passed away, no one have clue of his phone passwords.
